| Abstract: | At present, competition between shcools has shifted from building facilities to improving qualities. Therefore, it is up to the headmasters to seek special strategies for development, which calls for their quality of self-disgonosis. This paper puts forward suggestions as to how to improve the ability of the headmasters. |
