| Abstract: | Teaching quality is the vital line of the teaching work that decides whether the cultivation aim can realize or not. To construct a scientific and reasonable teaching quality valuation system, that means to valuate the teaching basic condition and teaching basic state and such main element objectively and fairly. This valuation system should be consists of definition, aim, principle and content. |
