| 摘 要： | 时间管理对个体意义重大。时间管理倾向是个体在运用时间方式上所表现出来的心理和行为特征,它包含时间价值感、时间监控观和时间效能感,是一种在时间维度上的人格特征,也是心理学领域近年来的研究热点之一。本文主要对时间管理倾向的相关研究进行了梳理和归类,最后对时间管理倾向未来研究方向进行了展望。

| Abstract: | Time management is important for individual.Time Management Disposition（TMD） reflects individuals＇ characteristics of mental and behavior in the pattern of using time,it contains sense of time value,sense of time control,sense of time efficacy.TMD can be considered as a kind of personality trait and it is a hot issue in psychology field.We classify the interrelated researches of TMD,and except future researches in the present paper. |
