摘    要:新课程背景下.每一位年轻教师都要求自己能够尽快成长。多听课,并且听完多反思便成了一条快速的成长之路.然而很多年轻教师听课不知如何记听课记录、听课记录要记些什么。笔者从自身实践出发,浅谈对记听课笔记记录的一些想法。
