痛风结石的化学机理

摘    要:人体因生化代谢障碍产生的高尿酸血症,在偏酸的尿液中及四肢末端关节偏低的温度条件下,影响化学平衡向形成尿酸钠结晶的方向移动,导致病风结石形成.故应采取相应的防治措施:降低尿酸生成,促进尿酸排泄,碱化稀释尿液,加强末端关节保温.

Abstract:Because a body is biochemistry metibolic obstruction so thathyperuricemia develops. In the circumstances,the acidious urine or lower temperature of joint limbs end will change the chemical equilibrium into directionof NaUr (s ) crystalloid. In result the tophi were deposited. Therefore we shouldtake effective measures to prevent and treatment the case. For example,we canreduce the production of uric acid promote excretion of the uric acid,alkalizeand dilute the urine,keep to the warmth of joint end.
