| 摘 要： | 通过对我国52所3普通高校23个本科和29个专科的师资队伍、场地设备、教学与科研、改革与发展的目标及其存在的问题等进行了调查分析.认为目前影响改革与发展的主要因素是:办学条件较差;缺乏科学的理论指导和教学思想不端正;课程设置与大纲教材等不适应基础教育和社会发展的要求;教师整体素质不高和队伍不稳定.

| Abstract: | The paper made a investigation into and analysis of the teacher resources, gyms and facilities, teaching and researching, the goals of reform and development as well as the existing problems in the 23 majors of PE and 29 secondary colleges in 52 Chinese universities. It turned out that the main factors affecting the present reform and development were as follows: poor infrastructures for running education, a lack of theoretical guidance and improper teaching thoughts, inadequate curricula setup and teaching materials which were not suitable for basic education and social development; a low qualification and instability of teacher resources. |
