当前幼教事业发展的若干矛盾探析

幼儿教育是一项兼有教育性、服务性和产业性的事业。在国家鼓励多渠道多形式办园的方针指导下，当前我国幼儿教育事业出现了运营多样化、管理多元化的产业化倾向，同时也产生了不少矛盾，主要有适应市场与坚持教育宗旨的矛盾、多元化发展与政府干预不力的矛盾、生存为先与儿童优先的矛盾、教师劳动雇佣化与师资专业化的矛盾等。

On Several Contradictions in the Development of Current Pre-schooling Education Cause

Pre-schooling education is a cause which comprises education, service and industry. Under the guidance of multi-channel and multi-formed policies in kindergarten-running encouraged by the government, there is a trend of industrialization of variety in running and multi-lever in management in current pre-schooling education cause, which, at the same time, leads to four main contradictions: the contradictions between market adaptation and educational orientation, multi-lever development and ineffective government interference, existence priority and child priority, teachers- employment and professional teaching resources.
