| 摘 要： | 在高职院校建设与发展的不同时期,改革与创新都是学院科学发展的必需,也应该成为一件自然而然的事情。所有大学应该追求的关键目标,就是教育人们面对持续的变革甚至转型带来的危机。而持续的改革与创新需要有开放和灵活的管理机构和大学成员发自内心的变革愿望。
