不同负荷游泳训练对大鼠大脑及小脑皮质超氧化物歧化酶含量的影响

摘    要:选用健康纯种雄性SD大鼠为研究对象,鼠龄2月,通过8周的循环流动水游泳池建立大鼠一般负荷训练模型及过度负荷训练模型。实验结束后,在大鼠大脑及小脑皮质取材,测定了三组大鼠在不同运动负荷训练的刺激下,大脑及小脑的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的含量。得出结论如下:不同负荷的游泳运动训练对大鼠脑内抗氧化系统的影响是不同的。表现为一般负荷可以提高大鼠脑内SOD含量,过度负荷的刺激会降低大鼠脑内SOD含量,从而削弱大鼠脑内抗氧化系统,不同负荷游泳训练对大鼠大脑与小脑的SOD含量的影响变化是同步的。

Abstract:This experiment chose pure SD male rats of two months old.Normal-load and over-load model were established by using a swimming pool with circular flowing water.The changes of anti-oxidative enzyme:superoxide dismutase (SOD) of different load training were measured after experiment. This study got the following conclusions:the effect of different load swimming training on the anti-oxidative system of the rats'brain are different. SOD activity can be increased by normal-load training. The function of brain anti-oxidative system can be decreased by over-load training and the influential changement of SOD activity of the rats' cerebrum cortex and cerebellum cortex under different load swimming training is synchronous.
