| 摘 要： | 在快速多变的排球比赛中,运动员不仅防守技术要全面,更重要的是要求防守意识清晰明确。文章就高校排球运动员的防守意识影响因素及其培养途径进行了分析、探讨,试图引起广大排球运动员的重视,从而有效地提高排球防守技术水平。
