摘    要:教学智慧对提高教育教学效果有着重要的作用。但是以往对教学智慧的思考是一种直线性的思维方式,不能让人们更加全面地对其掌握。源于已有研究对教学智慧的认识,我们要在关注实践的无限思维空间中认识、在总体上把握、在平淡的教学活动中找寻,以"变化"和"细腻"的眼光把握教学智慧。教学智慧不仅以显性的方式存在,还以隐性的方式存在,对于隐性的教学智慧,教师要在教学反思活动做铺垫的基础上以悟的方式去获得教学智慧。
