中国高校高学历青年体育教师专业知识现状的调查及应对策略

运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法及数理统计法研究分析中国高校高学历青年体育教师专业知识的现状,结果表明：高校高学历青年体育教师在科研上处于优势;相互学习和自我知识的更新在高校高学历青年体育教师团体中没有引起重视;对新《课程纲要》等基础知识的了解及体育训练竞赛能力较为欠缺;阅读专业书刊、有关专家讲座是增进高校高学历青年体育教师专业知识的主要来源;并提出相应的对策。
