| 摘 要： | 在高校教育改革中，国防教育在素质教育中的地位和作用日趋突显，本就国防教育与素质教育的关系进行了探讨，论证了国防教育在素质教育中的不可替代性，以进一步推动学校国防教育工作的广泛开展，深化教育改革，促进人才培养。
