| 摘 要： | 科技统计是科研管理的组成部分，要做好统计工作，发挥管理作用，在领导足够重视、部门间加强配合的前提下，不仅要有高素质的管理人员，还必须充分利用先进的信息化技术和科学管理手段，保证科技统计数据的真实、准确。应用科技统计成果提供科研信息服务，使学校科研部门管理机制运行良好，促使学校科研工作健康、有序发展。

| Abstract: | Scientific and technical statistics is the component element of the scientific research management. In order to do a good statistic job and ensure the reality and accuracy of data, under the precondition of enough attention from leaders, close cooperation with departments, it not only needs high quality team of management, but must take frill advantage of advanced information technology and the scientific management. Result of sci - tech statistics can provide information service for scientific research, make the scientific and technological departments of colleges run well, promote the healthy and orderly development of scientific research. |
