| 摘 要： | 本文从实践出发,通过对独立学院人才培养模式的现状分析,找出在目前多元就业需求下其培养模式的不足之处。在认真分析的基础上,提出了在多元就业需求下独立学院人才培养模式的发展目标。最后结合理论,从学生就业需求的调查引导机制、针对性陪养模式两个方面对此人才培养模式进行具体构建,以期对独立学院的学生培养做出贡献。

| Abstract: | This paper starts from practice,through analyzing the present situation of talents cultivation mode of independent college,find out the deficiencies of the training pattern of under current multiple employment demand.On the basis of careful analysis,the paper put forward the development goal of the talents cultivation mode of independent college under the multiple employment needs.Finally according to the theory,from the investigation and guiding mechanism of students’ employment demand,to construct the talent training mode,in order to make contributions to cultivating the students in independent college. |
