| 摘 要： | 随着近几年教师素质专业化和教育课程改革的深入,各师范院校纷纷对专业教育课程和人才的培养模式进行改革。如何提高高职师范生的教育实践能力,是关系高职院校师范专业能否顺利发展的焦点问题,而"顶岗实习"能有效提高学生的教育实践能力,其运作已显示出一定的成效。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the deepening of teachers quality specialization and the educational curriculum reform,the teachers colleges have reformed the professional education curriculum and talent training pattern.How to improve the educational practice ability of vocational normal school students,is the focus related to the smooth development of vocational college teachers profession,and "internship" can effectively improve educational practice ability of students,its operation has shown some positive effect. |
