| 摘 要： | 信息时代的到来,为高校教师带来了新的挑战,而现代教育技术能力是衡量一个教师能否适应现代教育的重要标准。青年教师是大学教师队伍的生力军和后备力量,对他们的现代教育技术培训意义深远。本文从高校青年教师培训的重要性,培训策略等方面阐述,以期对高校青年教师培养研究有所裨益。

| Abstract: | The arrival of the information age,has brought new challenges for college teacher,but the modern educational technology is the important standard to measure a teacher can meet the needs of modern education or not.The young teachers are the force and the reserve force of university teachers,has far-reaching significance on their modern educational technology training.This article from the importance of the training of young teachers in colleges and universities,training strategy and other aspects,with a view to be benefit to the cultivation of university young teachers. |
