| 摘 要： | 为了提高高职高专学生数控实训的效率和教学效果,笔者通过近几年数控实训的教学体会与探讨,提出在数控实训教学中要注重安全教育、实行企业化现场管理制度,并提出一体化教学观点,采用项目教学法,将数控实训分为数控编程实训、数控仿真软件、CAM软件的实训、数控机床加工实训等三部分。通过近几年的实施,结果表明教学效果显著,提高了数控实训的有效性。

| Abstract: | In order to improve the efficiency and teaching effect of NC training of vocational college students,the author through years of training experience and exploration,put forward in NC practice teaching we should pay attention to safety education,implementing management system of enterprise,and put forward the integration teaching,the project teaching method,the NC training is divided into NC programming,NC simulation software,CAM software training,CNC machining training three parts.In recent years through the implementation,the results show that the teaching effect is remarkable,improve training effectiveness. |
