大学生创业能力差异调查报告

以广东海洋大学本科在校生为调查对象,对不同学院、年级、性别、年龄、父母职业、志愿职业、家庭月均收入、是否学生干部和独生子女,进行创业动机、创业困难、创业能力的调查。结果表明:创业动机更多在于自我价值的实现,不同年级、男女的创业动机和创业能力均有显著性差异。普遍认为创业困难在于资金不足。本文提出对不同年级和性别的创业观和创业能力要进行针对性的引导教育或设计相关课程指导,并指导大学生正确认识创业困难。

The investigation report of entrepreneurial ability difference of university students

Taking undergraduate students in Guangdong Ocean University as the research object,to study the different school,grade,sex,age,occupation,parents’ occupation,the average monthly household income,whether the student is cadre and the only child to conduct entrepreneurial motivation,entrepreneurial difficulty,entrepreneurial ability.The results show that: the entrepreneurial motivation lies on the realization of self-worth,different grades and entrepreneurial motivation and entrepreneurship ability have significant differences.They generally believe that the difficulty lies in the lack of funds.This paper presents the entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial capacity of different grades and gender to conduct targeted education or design related curriculum guidance,and guide college students to correctly recognize entrepreneurial difficulty.
