| 摘 要： | 高校实施班导师制是面对创新型人才培养新课题的有效实践,班导师在对高校学生学业辅导、专业技能培养、成长成才引导中发挥着重大的作用,尤其在"导学、助学、督学"过程中具有明显的优势。本文结合目前高校班导师制存在的一些问题,探索了健全班导师制度较为有效的措施,提出了完善班导师育人机制的几点工作思路。

| Abstract: | The implementation of class tutor system is the effective practice to face the new subject of the cultivation of innovative talents,tutors play a major role in college student academic counseling,professional skills training,growth guidance,especially has obvious advantages in the process of "guidance,help,inspector".This article combines some problems in the present college class tutor system,to explore the more effective measures of perfect class tutor system,to put forward a few working thought to perfect the education mechanism of class tutor. |
