浙江省高校公共体育教师继续教育现状调研

在知识经济时代,为提高教师的知识和技能存量,推进教师的专业化发展,以适应新时期对教师素质的新要求,教师队伍的继续教育显得尤为迫切。文章以高校公共体育教师的继续教育状况为研究对象,主要采用问卷调查、专家访谈等研究方法对浙江省高校公共体育教师继续教育现状进行了较为深入的调查与分析,在了解其基本状况和存在问题的基础上,提出了针对性的建议,为改善其继续教育现状,造就一支符合时代需求的高素质高校公共体育教师队伍提供理论和实践上的参考。

Research on the Continuing Education of the High School Public PE Teachers in Zhejiang Province
