| 摘 要： | 高校辅导员有高校学生日常思想教育和管理工作的组织者、实施者与指导者的职责,是名符其实的学习生活辅导和人生导师的角色。文章分析了学风方面的问题和辅导员在学风建设中的角色与作用,从加强思想教育,端正学习态度,生涯规划与就业指导,加强协调沟通,建立协调机制;发挥学生干部作用,构建学风建设平台和监控体系,严明学风纪律,规定学习任务等方面探讨了辅导员的工作策略。

| Abstract: | College counselors are the organizers, implementers and mentor of college students ideological education and management. With analysis of the style of study and counselors＂ role in the construction of style of study, this paper points out that it is important to strengthen ideological education, correct students＂ attitude towards learning, offer career planning and employment guidance, strengthen communication and coordination and establish harmonious meehanism meanwhile, bring student-cadre into full play, and construct study style platform and monitoring system, strengthen academic discipline and set learnim task. |
