加强高校收费管理,谨慎预防恶意欠费

针对当前高校收费管理过程中存在收费管理制度漏洞，执行乏力，收费管理与学籍管理脱节，收费渠道单一，信息不畅等现象，提出三点预防恶意欠费的措施和方法：一是加强制度建设，规范收费管理；二是建立合理的、有效的高校收费管理体系；三是加强道德建设，开展诚信教育等观点。

Improvements in the Policies Dealing with Deadbeat Students

Maliciously delayed tuition has become a common problem that has already negatively impacted upon the future of higher education.Shortcomings in the tuition collection system and outdated registration information are causing tuition collection to be out of harmony with the entire college enrollment system.This article suggests three methods of coping with these problems.First,improve the rigor and the discipline of the collection system and standardize the charge system.Secondly,set up a reasonable and efficient system of charging tuition.Thirdly,further promote people's morality and credibility.
