影响华南区美术类大学生体质健康测试现状的研究分析

根据主观抽样原则,运用文献资料法、测试法、对比分析法和数理统计法对广州美术学院二年级学生9794人次的体质健康测试结果进行研究,结果显示美术类大学生体质健康测试的不及格率达到31.0%,其中有20%是因为耐力素质测试不达标;身高、体重较前有显著进步,但是体重仍低于全国水平和广东水平;营养状况有改善,但＂较低体重＂和＂营养不良＂的学生比例仍达到了67.3%;心肺功能及心血管系统机能明显降低,肺活量数据明显低于广东省和全国平均水平,耐力素质测试不及格率超过了1/5;男女生立定跳远、男生握力、女生仰卧起坐水平高出全国和广东省平均水平;造成此类情况的原因分析为学生体质健康测试态度不端正、膳食结构的不合理、体育教学方式和内容的缺失、繁重的生活学习压力和受限的体育锻炼时间。

Analysis on Physical Fitness Health Test of College Students of Fine Arts in Southern China District

Based on subjective sampling principle,using the method of literature review,testing,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,this paper makes analysis on testing result of 9794 students of fine arts at grade two in Guangzhou Academy of Fine Arts.The result shows that the failure rate of testing reaches 31.0%,20% of them are for endurance test standards.The body height and weight have significant improvement than before,but lower than the level of national and Guangdong province.Nutrition condition has improved,but the students with light weight and poor nutrition still reaches 67.3%.Heart and lung function and cardiovascular system function is significantly reduced and vital capacity is significant lower than the average level of Guangdong and nation.The failure rate of endurance testing reaches 1/5,the standing long jump of male and female student,male student’s grip,and female student’s sit-ups is higher than average level of nation and Guangdong pro-vince.The reason for this is student’s health testing attitude,dietary structure unreasonable,sports teaching method and content of the missing,the strenuous life learning pressure and limited time for physical training.
