| 摘 要： | 本文首先分析了正反手抽球技术的教学现状，发现教师一般注重技术动作本身的练习，而忽视与之相对应的辅助技术练习，如球感、脚步等。根据现有的问题力求在教学形式、教学内容、教学手段中寻求改进的方法，希望通过这些具体方法的尝试，能对以后的正反手抽球技术教学有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | Through analyzing the forehand and backhand batting technique teaching,found that teachers generally focus on technology itself practice,while ignoring the corresponding assistive technology training,such as the ball-feeling,footsteps and so on.According to existing problems and strive to form in the teaching,teaching content,teaching methods in seeking to improve.In the hope of trying these specific methods,there will be a certain technical reference for teaching in forehand and backhand batting technique teaching. |
