摘    要:应试教育是不科学的教育,但因种种原因,它在中国教育界仍占统治地位。新世纪,经济全球化浪潮席卷世界,需要培养大批富有创新精神的人才。创新教育的核心是把学生当人来培养,教育过程提倡开放性教学,在实践中培养学生的能力,使他们学会思维、学会学习,有能力创新。

Abstract:Exam - oriented education is not scientific, but it has a dominant position in Chinese education field due to various reasons. In the new century economic globalization spreads the world. Training large quantities of innovative talents are needed. The core of innovative education is learner - centered instruction in which learners are taught how to think, how to learn and how to develop their innovative ability.
