浅析高校青年教师发展性评价

目前,我国高校教师评价制度由于没有考虑青年教师的特点及个性,不能很好满足青年教师快速、全面发展的要求,因此,要引入新的、更加符合高校青年教师发展特点的评价理念,而发展性教师评价的理念就符合我国高校青年教师发展的诉求。在引入发展性教师评价的同时,还必须结合高校青年教师的特点,针对我国高校教师评价的不足,采取有效措施,从而使发展性教师评价真正起到促进发展的作用。

Brief Analysis of Developmental Evaluation of College Youth Teachers

At present , character and individuality ofyouth teachers are not considered in evaluation system of collegeteachers in our country ,so demands that youth teachers want todevelop quickly and roundly can't be meeted .Therefore , newlogos that meet evolutive character of college youth teachers needsto be introduced .And the developmental evaluation logos meetsdevelopmental requirement of college youth teachers . At the sametime , combining with characters of college youth teachers andaiming at lack of evaluation of college teachers , effective methodswill be taken ,which make developmental evaluation of teachersreally improve development of teachers .
