分析现状 改进措施 加强高等学校思想政治工作队伍建设

高等学校思想政治工作是关系到所培养人才的质量和人文素质,是关系到"实现中华民族伟大复兴"的大事。而思想政治工作人员又是思想政治工作的直接参与者和组织者,是开展大学生日常管理工作与思想政治教育工作的专职队伍和主要力量,他们对高等学校人才的培养与教育质量的提高起到了重要的导向作用和保证作用,所以思想政治工作队伍建设至关重要。但毋庸讳言,当前思想政治工作队伍建设也存在一些不容忽视的问题亟待研究、解决、提高和改进。

On the Consolidation of Teamwork Construction for College's Political and Ideological Work via an Analysis of the Existent Conditions and an Improvement of Measures

Political and ideological work in a college counts for much for the qualities of the trained students and their cultural qualities and has much to do with the realization of the revitalization of the Chinese nation.As immediate participants and organizers of this work,the political and ideological work staff are a full-time team and a main force in maneuvering daily college students' management and ideological and political work and they serve as a value orientation and guarantee for the turning out of college talents and the improvement of education quality.In this case,the political and ideological work construction is of vital importance.However,it must be frankly pointed out that some problems hidden in this team allows of no neglect,and need urgent researches,solutions and improvement.
