伪蒙疆政权初期的银行业

蒙疆银行是日本在蒙疆地区进行经济掠夺、搜刮侵略战争资源的经济中枢。同时,各伪自治政府管内在“一行主义”的前提下,合并原来察南、晋北、绥远的旧钱庄,分别成立了察南.晋北.蒙古三实业银行,进行一般普通商业银行的业务。蒙疆地区的金融机关由此形成了作为中央银行的蒙疆银行及下属三普通银行的格局,最终完成了金融机构上的一元化统制。

THE BANKING BUSINESS IN EARLY PUPPET MONGOLIAN GOVERNMENT

At the beginning of Japan's occupation of Mongolia,in order to stabilize economy and control finance,the Japanese invaders soon set up South Chahaer Bank,and later the more powerful Mengjiang(Inner Mongolia boundary) Bank to control and guide the finance in Mengjiang area.Mengjiang Bank was the centre for Japan to carry out economic plunder and to claw for war resources in Mengjiang area.In the meantime,the puppet autonomous governments merged the old private banks in southern Chahaer,northern Shanxi and Suiyuan under the guidance of "One Bank Theory" and set up three industrial banks(South Chahar,North Shanxi and Mongol) respectively in order to carry out the common business of commercial banks.Therefore,the financial institution in Menjiang area formed the pattern of three subordinate banks with Mengjiang Bank as the central bank,and thus completed the unified control of finance institution.
