| 摘 要： | 旅游管理专业应用性较强,具有明确的行业指向性,与企业的关系密切。因此,我们应该不断研究行业、企业的发展趋势,了解企业对高素质技能型人才的需求。调整办学思路,创新思想,整合资源,以培养"应用型人才"为目标,提高其综合竞争力。只有那些实践操作能力强,知识广的,拥有相应的技能证书的综合型人才才是未来旅游业所需要的高素质人才。
