| 摘 要： | 现代远程教育在发展过程中出现了新变化、新特征，因此，现阶段学习支持服务也表现出了一些新的问题，比如互联网新思维体现不够明显，学院保护主义色彩明显，学习支持服务模式趋于僵化。而盲式服务、“超市”服务、混合服务和指导性服务是未来的趋势。
