| 摘 要： | 21世纪的经济形态是以高技术产业为第一产业支柱，以智力资源为首要依托的可持续发展的经济。其突出知识积累的特征必然要求企业实施以知识创新为主的创新活动。在新经济条件下，我国的企业必须以观念创新为先导，以技术创新为核心，以管理创新和运行模式创新为保障，积极实施有中国特色的企业创新。

| Abstract: | Economic formation in the 21st century is a kind of continuous developing economy, which depends on high technological industry as the initial industrial pillar and intellectual resources. Under the new economic conditions, Chinese enterprises should take innovation as a guidance, technological innovation as key , management innovation and the operation pattern innovation as gurantee and actively effect enterprise innovation with Chinese characteristics. |
