On the Factors of University System behind the Scholar Nobel Prize Complex

With reference to the scholar Nobel Prize complex,the paper analyzes its underlying cultural and social factors.Our university system is currently concerned about external recognition,but lack of internal driving force,the Nobel Prize is a shining golden label.If the university is to develop,it must abandon this kind of cultural label,externally explore the relation of contract management between government and university,internally strengthen governance of scholastic community,and regulate the governance structure of university through constitution,so that the majority of teachers can be keen on academic work.
