麦宝种衣剂对小麦种子活力及苗期性状的影响

用麦宝种衣剂对小麦种子进行包衣处理,测定种子发芽期间及苗期的各项活力指标及几个生理指标。结果表明：麦宝种衣剂处理对小麦种子发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、活力指数和苗长、单株鲜重及苗期形态指标的影响与对照相比有所降低;麦宝种衣剂处理对TTC根系活力、过氧化物酶的影响与对照相比有所下降,但叶绿素含量与对照相比有所提高。

Effects of Maibao Seed - clothing Agents on the Wheat Seed Vigor and Seedling Characters

Maibao seed - clothing agents was used to carry on coating processing to the wheat seed and the vigor target and several physiological targets in different seedling stages were determined in this article. The result showed that the effect of seed - clothing agents Maibao on seed germination percentage, the germination tendency, the single fresh weight, the vigor target and field seedling characters were certainly lower than ck. The effect of seed agent Maibao on the TTC vigor value, the peroxide enzyme was certainly lower than ck, but the chlorophyll content was promoted to some extent.
