| 摘 要： | 20世纪20年代潮汕地区的收回教育权运动是一次大规模民众运动与地方政府外交途径相结合的爱国运动。它成功地将潮汕地区的教会学校置于中国的私立教育体制的统一管理之下．并迫使其进行改革．以切合潮汕地区的实际需要．有力地推动了潮汕地区的教育近代化进程。

| Abstract: | The Movement to Restore Educational Rights in 1920s in Chaozhou and Shantou Area is a large-scale, popular movement combined with local government's diplomacy and patriotic campaign. It successfully brought the missionary schools of Chaozhou and Shantou into the private educational system of China, and forced them to reform themselves to fit in with the practical need, thus promoting the modernization of education in Chaozhou and Shantou Area. |
