| Abstract: | Management has nature character,but also has social character. The management mode must be in steps with the times. Humanistic management should be the best management mode for socialist state - owned enterprises in the socialist market economy system. In my discourse, 1 discriminate and analyse several wrong concepts on humanistic management, and then I put forward my idea of humanistic management. |
