| 摘 要： | 利用硅谷-北京风险投资集群转移的案例,运用多元Logistic回归方法,对产业集群式转移中新集群网络的构建及其演化进行了理论与实证分析。研究发现:集群式转移中新集群网络的形成过程体现了原集群网络的渗透和本地企业网络的嵌入;转移企业的网络位置、经验及其面临的环境不确定性对新集群网络中的网络关系有显著影响;随着时间的推移,转移企业会逐渐由保留原有集群网络关系向嵌入本地网络关系演化。最后,根据研究结论对转入地政府和企业如何承接集群式转移提出了针对性的建议。
