| 摘 要： | 应用环境系统工程的原理和方法,对茂名市梅江水质目标和水污染控制系统规划的研究表明:梅江的水质目标以镇盛断面为控制断面,COD≤7.0mg/L,挥发酚≤0.O13mg/L,石油类≤0.6mg/L为宜。其工业废水和生活污水,宜于郁芬村和公馆区设厂进行集中处理,投资最小,效益最好。

| Abstract: | Water quality goal and water pollution control system were planned for Meijiang River according to principles and methods of environment systematic en- gineering. The goal was that concentrations of COD, Phenol and Oil in Zhensheng station must be lower than 7.0, 0.013 and 0.6 mg/L respectively. The planned least-cost and maximun-benificial control system was to collect all industrial wasteweatr and sewage to two central treatment plants for treating. |
