| Abstract: | The article mainly discusses the flood and the relief to the disaster areas in Jiangsu and Anhui Province in the eleventh year of Emperor Daoguang. Despite the flood relief yielded limited results, the negative influence which the official corrupt exerted on the famine relief was exposed also. |
