宁波市大、中学生体质监测及参加体育活动状况分析

通过运用体质监测、问卷调查、文献资料调研和数理统计等方法，对当前宁波市大、中学生的体质及参加体育活动情况进行调研分析。结果发现：1)宁波市大、中学生的身体形态、机能、素质等指标，随着年龄的增长呈上升趋势，增幅随着年龄的增长呈下降趋势。他们的身体形态指标，大部分与全国同龄人基本相近，少部分与全国同龄人存在着差异。身体机能指标与全国同龄人存在着明显的差异。身体素质指标，少部分与全国同龄人基本相近，大部分与全国同龄人存在着差异。2)宁波市大、中学生不同程度地参加了体育活动；活动的时间以白天为主；他们在选择活动项目、形式、场所时都带有明显的性别和年龄特征；他们参加体育活动的动机不是单一的，而是多层次的；运动场所的不足和运动器材的短缺是影响他们参加体育活动的主要因素。

Analysis on Physical Activity Condition and Physical Monitor of Middle School and College Students in Ningbo City

By using the method of physical monitor,questionnaire,documentary and mathematical statistics,this paper makes analysis on physical activity condition of middle school and college students in Ningbo city.The result shows that the indexes of body physique,ability and fitness of students in colleges and middle schools tends to increase with the increasing of age,while the increasing range is on decline.Their body physique index are the same with people at same age in other parts of regions in China,only few exists significant different.The index of physical ability exists significant different with people at same age in other parts of regions in China.Students participating in physical activity are mainly on daytime,activity events,content and places have obviously age and gender character.The motivation for sports activity is not single,but manifold.The shortage of sports facility and playground are the main factors to restrict their participation in physical activity.
