陕西省竞技体操经费投入成本效益研究

采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、数理分析法等，对2004—2006年陕西省体操中心以及汉中、宝鸡、西安、咸阳各地市业余体校竞技体操经费投入及比赛成绩调查和分析。结果表明：2004—2006年陕西省体操中心竞技体操总经费投入逐年下降，4地市则逐年上升。3年中陕西省体操中心输送效益较差，其中2005年得分效益和奖牌得分效益最好。4地市3年平均得分效益由高到低依次为宝鸡、汉中、西安、咸阳。4地市奖牌效益由高到低依次为宝鸡、西安、汉中、咸阳。陕西省竞技体操运动的社会效益良好。针对研究结果进而提出了进一步健全和完善管理体制，达到依靠政府投资、吸纳社会投入资金、依据自身条件创造资金三位一体的融资方式，加强各方面经费投入的建议。

A Study on Expenditure Input and Efficiency of Artistic Gymnastics in Shanxi Province
