| 摘 要： | 构建和谐社会的基础在于实现教育公平。择校表面看起来有与教育公平相违背的一面,但事实上,择校并不妨碍教育公平。择校是教育资源配置不均的结果,政府部门应该加大教育资源均衡化的力度,从根本上解决"择校风"问题,同时规范择校费的收支运作情况。
