| 摘 要： | 从建立适应素质教育的教学程序，合理安排教学内容、时间和师资力量入手，分析了确立符合素质教育的评价原则、评价方法和评价人员组成的必要性和重要性，以及提高教师综合素质，丰富教学手段三方面，探索了构建新型高校体育教学模式。
