| Abstract: | It has been recognized by more and more people that the teaching profession is a specialty.In order to enhance the teachers~ level of specialization,we should take some reform on educational courses,which mainly contains the augment of course hours,prolonging professional training to life time,the relocation of teaching aims and functions as well as the diversification of teaching language and the end of the big education. |
