山村小学青年教师需要的叙事研究

摘    要:叙事研究的方法对于教师需要的研究可行而且有效。通过对山村小学青年教师的叙事研究发现:总体上说,山村小学青年教师的五层次需要满足水平都不是很高,从而产生了一系列不良影响;影响山村小学青年教师需要满足水平的因素是多方面的。

Abstract:Narrative inquiry is a feasible and effective approach to the research on teachers' needs. Through narrative inquiry on young teachers' needs in the primary schools of mountain villages, we find their satisfaction level of five hierarchy needs, generally speaking, isn't very high and thus bad effects are caused. Factors affecting satisfaction level of their needs are various.
