| 摘 要： | 在国际贸易实务中,信用证是一种常见的结算方式。但是由于信用证自身的特点和缺陷,它在使用中也存在着一定的风险。分析当前国际贸易中信用证支付方式下可能出现的风险并研究控制信用证风险的机制可以给从事国际贸易的银行和企业一些借鉴。
