摘    要:桂林工学院资源勘查与工程专业在进行人才培养模式的改革中,积极鼓励并吸收更多的本科生参与教师科研,在培养学生的实践能力和创造能力方面进行了积极的探索。这一措施对于培养学生科学研究的精神和能力及"创造性学习"方法,增强学生的就业能力和创业能力具有重要作用。

Abstract:During the reform of pattern to cultivate students majoring in Resource Explortion Engineering,Guilin University of Technology has been encouraged and attracted more undergraduate students to participate the research projects of the teacher,also probed into the way to cultivate the students' ability of practice and creativity.Clearly the method is of an important effect to cultivate the students' spirit of scientific research and to make them more competent in future tasks
