| Abstract: | The design principle of undergraduate and graduate programs is expounded in this paper.The good examples of program design in foreign higher institutions are specially selected to illustrate the main contents of learning outcomes-oriented programs.Consequently,the design principles of student-based contemporary programs implementing the comprehensive education of knowledge,ability, and personality are put forward. |
