采用VB6.0编制《集肤效应电伴热软件计算》

我公司经常承揽油田输油管线的电伴热工程,伴热主要方法是集肤效应电伴热方式。我公司集肤效应电伴热的工程很多,每次工程下来,都要进行大量数据计算,才能得出正确的电参数。与集肤效应电参数有关的前期调件有10多个,涉及计算公式10几个,要求中间数据要保留到小数点后3位以上才能保证最终结果准确,而甲方的在提供前期资料时经常因为设计方案的变化,工程费用等原因反复改变设计参数,调整前期条件。这就造成大量的重复计算,浪费人力物力。每次改变一个数据,就要花上半天甚至一天的时间进行重新计算,而工程建设方往往希望在他们提出改变参数的同时,就要求听到设计的结果,从而能及时决策工程最终参数。这就要求我们能编制一套集肤效应专用计算软件,该软件将相关公式,数据表等资料固化在程序里,人机界面只包括参数输入和结果输出,无论参数怎么变化,输入条件具备了,立即出计算结果,大大省去了繁复的计算过程,也避免了计算失误。即让设计人员减轻工作量,又让用户非常满意。
