近年来,随着高校办学规模的扩大,青年教师成了高校教学的中坚力量,但缺乏教学经验成为广大青年教师面临的主要问题.如何促进青年教师快速成长,为高等教育注入“营养”,也是各个高校需要迫切解决的难题.作为一名青年教师,根据自己在教学岗位上的成长经历,谈谈青年教师在上讲台前、讲台上以及下了讲台应该重视的事情.为顺利站好讲台打下良好基础.

With the expansion of university scale,lots of young teachers have become the new force of the school development in recent years.But the lacking of the teaching experiences has also become the key issue which must be faceed by young teschers.How to cultivate the young teachers and let them become the "the nutrition" for the higher education is the difficult problem need to be sovled urgently for these universities.According to the author’s growth experience on teaching station,some aspects ought to be paid attention to by the young teacher when they get up onto,are standing platform and get off the platform.It will lay the foundation for the standing the platform.
